Simply the best. Ron is amazing! The installation of our dogwatch fence brought peace of mind to our family knowing our fur babies will always be safe in their yard. Ron took the time to evaluate our yard and give us the best options that would work for us. Installation was efficient and professional. He took the time to work with us on training our dogs to adapt to their new yard. After installation Ron called several times to follow up to see how everything was working out. We are a long time and happy customer of DogWatch. When we had to move a fence on one side of our property we scheduled a Service Call with DogWatch. The Team that responded included our new Local Dealer Ron Knight. They came to fix our issue and ended up completely re-wiring our entire installation - around 14 acres - turns out that they felt the original installation has used a couple of different gauge wires and they felt it best to make our system perfect. We were happy to pay for the extra work we needed and were VERY HAPPY when they said that they had to make our system compliant with DogWatch's high standards. DogWatch Corporate stepped up and made this happen for us.

Summary: Excellent Service, Excellent People, Great Communication. Stand behind their product(s). Fence performs beyond our expectations!

Ron was excellent. Professional evaluation at my house with my young family and our new Pitbull puppy, Bailey. He checked in frequently about the status of our job, and installed the fence without problems in 1 day in our 1.5 acre yard. He taught me how to train her, and checked in with me and well as troubleshooting a few problems along the way. We are several months in to having the fence and I have a very happy dog who totally gets it. She doesn't even chase birds or her dog friends outside her fence. Excellent, personalized service all around. Thank you!

We love our hidden fence! Our labradoodle took right to it and it has made our lives SO much better. Our pup was a fast escape artist who would run down the street in a heartbeat, but now he just stays in our yard despite temptations. We love that he can also now enjoy our whole yard in the areas we choose without losing the beauty of our yard. Great investment and would highly recommend.

I live on a golf course and recently adopted a Pitbull mix. I didn't want to fence the backyard to block the view, but I was really hesitant that an invisible fence wouldn't work. However, after meeting with Ron he put me at ease and assured me with his training the invisible fence would be very safe and secure. He was right!!!..My dog Ripple enjoys her backyard and does not even attempt to wander. She knows exactly where her boundary is and I never have to worry about her escaping. It is well worth the investment and Ron is a true professional. I Highly recommend his product.

Excellent people who did the work for me. Clear and helpful answering all my questions on the initial visit. I interviewed another company, which was more money and not nearly as professional, and I'm glad I went with DogWatch. My dog learned quickly not to go to the white flags, although he is an older dog. Within a week of installation a land crab chewed up the wire, but DogWatch was out immediately and fixed it at no charge. I am very happy I went with DogWatch.

We rescued a 2 year old dog and quickly learned she could climb our wood fence. I contacted Dogwatch of East Coast Florida about an "invisible" fence. We had the fence put in within a few weeks and when he was done with installation Ron gave us a training session. After a couple weeks of training we felt confident letting our dog run freely in the yard. It's been about two months now and our dog stays safe in our yard. The peace of mind is well worth the cost.
